Join the Alumni Association Executive Board in welcoming Dr. Cynthia S. Rowan as she gives a presentation titled Life’s Unfinished Business: How to Accomplish What You Desire

Cindy serves as President of Performance Management Solutions, a consulting firm she established in 1992. Her firm helps organizations improve profitability through organizational and talent development. Cindy’s expertise in designing and implementing initiatives in the areas of leadership and management excellence and enhancing vibrant corporate cultures has yielded significant growth to the clients that she serves. Her specialized firm, Performance Management Solutions for Higher Education, is dedicated to assisting colleges and universities in developing cultures of service excellence and leaders at all levels.

She is a two time international best-selling author and continues to share her expertise as a presenter at numerous local, national, and international conferences as well as on featured podcasts. Additionally, she has received numerous honors for her work.

Cindy received an Associate in Arts degree (1975) and Bachelor of Arts degree (1977) from Centenary.  In 1993, she was inducted as one of Centenary’s 125 Distinguished Alumni and was the recipient of the Centenary Van Winkle Award in 2019. She holds a doctoral degree from Seton Hall University’s College of Education and Human Services in Leadership, Administration, and Policy.
